Our delivery of Breathwork classes encompasses ancient and traditional methods combined with modern, science-backed research. 

Chill Breathe Revive crew members are experienced and trained through the accredited "Conscious Academy" and "Breathless Expeditions" in the art of breath work and cold therapy. 

Facilitators are dedicated to the education and safe implementation of these powerful practices.
